Byopar Technology cannot access this data because it is never transmitted to our servers.

4. No Cloud Storage

OptiCare does not provide:

• Cloud backup
• Online synchronization
• Remote access
• Cloud database
• Internet-based storage

Your business information stays only on your device.

5. No Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your information
• Share your information
• Rent your information
• Transfer your information to third parties

Because your data never leaves your device, Byopar Technology has no access to it.

6. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Protecting their mobile device
• Creating backups if desired
• Preventing unauthorized access
• Keeping the device secure
• Protecting business information

If data is deleted, the device is damaged, or the phone is lost, Byopar Technology is not responsible for recovery of local data.

7. Permissions

OptiCare only requests permissions necessary for application functionality.

Depending on Android version, these may include:

• Storage access (for backup/export)
• File access (for PDF generation and sharing)

The application does not request unnecessary permissions.

8. Third-Party Services

OptiCare does not use your business data for advertising or analytics.

If Google Play Services are used (such as licensing or billing), those services are governed by Google's own privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

OptiCare is designed for business owners and optical shops.

It is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

10. Security

Since all data remains on your own device, security depends on your device protection.

We recommend:

• Screen lock
• Device encryption
• Regular backups
• Updated Android software

11. Data Deletion

Users can delete their business data at any time by:

• Clearing application data
• Uninstalling the application
• Removing local backup files

Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered by Byopar Technology.
