1. Data Ownership & Privacy
– All business data entered in Byopar belongs to you (the customer).
– Byopar does not sell, share, or trade your data with any third party.
– Data is only used for:
• Secure storage and backup.
• Communication with you (support, updates, billing).
• Improving service features.
2. Data Storage & Security
– Your data is stored securely on cloud servers.
– We use industry-standard practices to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.
– Byopar will not be responsible for losses caused by cyber-attacks, internet issues, or misuse of
your credentials.
3. User Responsibilities
– You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe.
– Any activity done under your account is considered authorized by you.
– You must use the software only for legal business purposes.
4. Subscription & Payments
– Byopar offers quaterly, annual and 3-year subscription plans.
– All payments are non-refundable once the subscription period starts.
– Payment methods: bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other approved methods.
– Subscription will remain active until the chosen billing cycle ends.
5. Cancellation & Data Export
– You can cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
– After cancellation or expiry, your data will remain stored for 30 days.
– Within this period, you can request a data export (Excel/CSV/PDF). After 30 days, data may be
permanently deleted.
6. Service Availability
– Byopar is a cloud service and may occasionally face downtime due to:
• Maintenance and upgrades.
• Third-party service failures (internet, payment gateway, email/SMS).
– Byopar will not be responsible for business losses during downtime.
7. Third-Party Services
– Byopar may integrate with third-party tools (email, SMS, payment gateways).–
We are not responsible for service failures, errors, or downtime caused by these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
– Byopar is a business management tool, not a financial or tax advisor.
– We are not responsible for:
• Errors in entries made by users.
• Non-compliance with tax laws if users fail to apply correct rates.
• Any indirect, incidental, or business losses.
9. Governing Law
– These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
– Any disputes will be settled in courts located in local jurisdiction within Pakistan.
10. Updates to Policy
– Byopar may update these Terms & Privacy Policy from time to time.
– Continued use of the software means you accept the updated policy
